Zoom Bleaching
Zoom bleaching takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours in our office. First, we take upper and lower models of your teeth with alginate so that we can fabricate custom made bleaching trays to “touch up or reinforce” the initial whitening 6 months to a year after the office treatment. Isolation, protecting the sensitive areas of your mouth, takes 15 minutes.
The actual Zoom treatment is broken into 3, 15 minute sessions, sometimes a 4th session is added. Last, all protective barriers are removed and the teeth are treated with a topical fluoride.
